Rabat - The sixth meeting of the Moroccan Guinea Joint Cooperation Committee held on 23 and 24 August in Conakry under the chairmanship of Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Saad El Dine Otmani and the Guinean Minister of International Cooperation, Moustapha Koutoubou.

This session takes place in accordance with the directives of King Mohammed VI and President Alpha Conde, in the context of strengthening the bonds of brotherhood, friendship and cooperative relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Guinea, and boosting bilateral relations of solidarity, said Thursday a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.

On this occasion, the two sides will conduct an assessment of their cooperation since the last session of the Joint Committee, held in Rabat in 2002, and consider ways to diversify and further strengthen bilateral cooperation in the framework of a south-south solidarity-based partnership, the source added.
