A Spanish-Moroccan Parliamentary Forum to be Held in September

A Spanish-Moroccan Parliamentary Forum is scheduled for September in Morocco. An initiative to strengthen cooperation between the Moroccan parliament members and their Spanish counterparts, according to the chairman of the House of Councillors, Mohamed Cheikh Biadillah.

This meeting will be held prior to the high-level meeting between Morocco and Spain on September 12. It will also discuss several matters of common interest.

Note that the Speaker of the House of Councillors held talks on Thursday in Madrid, with the President of Spanish Senate (upper house), Pio Garcia Escudero.
