For the writer, the choice of the language of Molière for writing his novel before its translation into Arabic, is justified by the need for a "dialogue with the other." The former  histographer of the Kingdom has also indicated that through his novel, which evokes an important chapter in the shared history between Morocco and Spain, it seeks to address in an objective and dispassionate an episode painful Moorish community, the Muslims of Andalusia, chased and persecuted before and after the fall of Granada in 1492.

According to him, despite the horror of this event, he says he approached far from any vision of "accountability", but rather to promote dialogue with each other, share the universal values of tolerance and coexistence between peoples, beyond the religious, ethnic or cultural.

Previously, the dean of the faculty, Mohamed Saad Zemmouri focused on the human dimension of this tragedy and the need to draw the necessary lessons so that humanity can avoid such situations. This meeting, which is part of the cultural activities organized by this faculty was followed by a fruitful discussion with the author.
