Essaouira in the top 10 "happiness destinations" of World Tourism

The city of Essaouira was chosen by television "Travels" of Fox Group as one of the top 10 global tourism stops, considered "destinations of happiness."

The new documentary series, called "In Search of Happiness," has been designed by director Erik Woringer and will be released in early 2013 in Europe and the USA. It offers experiences in human and exceptional tourist destinations able to make their guests happy.

In the episode devoted to Essaouira, the program presenter Antoine Dufeu highlights various local products capable of providing happiness to tourists as the traditional hammam, argan oil, and kitesurfing.
