"Free Men" returns to the protection the Great Mosque of Paris has offered toJews during the Second World War, while "Andalucia my love" deals with the topic of illegal immigration, through the story of two Casablanca young students who dream of joining the other side to escape their plight.
Forty feature films and documentaries from Iraq, Egypt, Palestine, Jordan and Lebanon will compete in this fourth edition, which will open with the screening of the documentary "Fidai" by Franco-Algerian director Damien Ounouri. The festival will also pay tribute to several figures of Arab cinema.
