HM the King launches in Tetouan building works for a drug addicted youth center worth over $ 635 K

-    The center's construction is part of a national program carried out by the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity in partnership with the health and interior ministries.

-    The center provides care for drug addicted youth, raises their awareness and promotes their social reintegration.

    The facility is part of a national program carried out by the Foundation in partnership with the health and interior ministries. It is aimed at fighting drug and narcotics consumption by young people through different means mainly raising awareness on drug prevention, involving families in prevention actions, providing health care and promoting social reintegration for these people.

    It will also offer training for associations working in the field of risk reduction. The center will be built over a surface area of 4,230 m² and will include a reception hall, rooms for screening, meetings, occupational therapy and computers, a plastic arts and theater workshop and offices.

    The center will also comprise offices for consultation in general practice and addictology, offices for the psychologist and the psychotherapist, a room for methadone users, and an infirmary.
