International Music Festival of Marrakech (FI2M) 11-15 November 2010

The two co-organizers of the event are the French association "Les Symphonistes Européens″, the symphony orchestra based in Lille and performing in northern France and Belgium and the "International Music Festival of Marrakesh" (FI2M).

Conductor Pierre-Yves and Catherine Gronier Blary,the choir of 50 singers (from Europe and some of Morocco) will perform the concerts: the program will consist of an anthology of songs from different eras, ranging from the Renaissance to the present.

The Club of The Friends of The Mouachaates will also take part in in a meeting of music and cultures with their traditional repertoire, and then their will be performances, sung by the two choirs in two languages (Arabic and French) by each ensemble.

November 13 at 20h: The Amphitheatre School of Saadia (next Shifa Clinic), Saadia district - Gueliz
November 14 at 16:30: The Auditorium Theatre Royal, Angle Avenue Mohamed V Mohamed VI Guéliz

This event, which is the first of its kind will become an annual event included in the cultural agenda of Marrakech, and lead to the creation of a Music Festival in Marrakech.
