International Symposium on Composites and Aircraft Materials




The ONDA (Office National des Aéroports) through Mohammed VI International Academy of Civil Aviation (AIMAC) and the School of Technology, University Ibn Zohr Agadir, in partnership with the National School of Engineers of Tarbes (France) and INSA of Rouen will hold the "2010 International Symposium on Composites and Aircraft Materials”.

Following the success of the first and second ACMA International Symposium on Composites and Aircraft Materials, which was attended by over 200 participants from over 20 countries in Europe, America, Asia and Africa, the third edition will take place from 12 to 14 May 2010 in Marrakech, Morocco.

As the aviation industry is set up as a priority sector for the national economy, this symposium offers a great opportunity to build relationships between researchers from universities (U.S., European and Chinese), and between industrial and institutional traders. It offers a great opportunity for the establishment of collaborations around the themes of aviation safety and the preservation of the environment and saving energy.

They are more than 200 participants taking part in this international meeting coming from Saudi Arabia, Brazil, France, USA, UK, India, Canada, China, Japan, South Kore, Romania, Czech Republic, Lebanon, Algeria, Tunisia , Libya ... etc..

The goal is to bring together all the potential stakeholders: industry, researchers and manufacturers, aviation maintenance organization, governmental authorities of several countries to review the latest developments in this field.

By partnering with research efforts in development and scientific collaboration, Morocco consolidates its position as regional leader in the aviation sector.
