The work of the sixth triennial congress of the Association des Cours Constitutionnelles Ayant en Partage l'Usage du Français (ACCPUF), under the patronage of HM King Mohammed VI in Marrakech began Wednesday under the theme "the citizen and constitutional justice."
The opening session of this three-day conference was marked by the message from King Mohammed VI to the participants and which was read by HM's advisor, Abdeltif Menouni.
Initiated by the Constitutional Council, with support from the Organization International de la Francophonie (OIF), this meeting is attended by officials, judges, lawyers and experts from Belgium, Benin , Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Central Africa, Comoros, Congo Brazzaville, Cote d'Ivoire, Djibouti, France, Gabon, Guinea, Mauritania and Morocco.
