An evening dedicated to art for charity for orphans was held Thursday at the Theatre Royal in Marrakech under the theme "realize the smile."
Initiated by Ikram Media in partnership with the Association "Pour des jeunes citoyens" (For Young Citizens), this event which is now in its second edition, has received about 850 orphans from Marrakech and Ait Ourir Al Haouz.
According to the president of the Association "For Young Citizens," Marouane Barchah, this event is part of the celebration of Eid Al Fitr. It aims to integrate this segment of society in the festivities of this religious festival and promotes solidarity within society, he added.
While the previous edition was hosted by a small circus, this year the event was marked by the presence of a host of artists: Aziz Rayman, Lamia Ben (vocals), Hamoud (comedy) and Magic World Circus .
