"The relations between Morocco and EU at the time of transitions in the Arab world" is the theme of a meeting to be held on 18 and 19 June in Rabat by the Association Ribat Al Fath for Sustainable Development and Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung.
At this meeting, which expects over 400 participants, several lectures will be led by Moroccan and European personalities, said Wednesday association Ribat Al Fath in a statement.
The program includes presentations by the President of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, Member of European Parliament and former European Parliament President Hans-Gert Potering, and the Minister Delegate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Youssef Amrani.
The second day of the eighth meeting "Morocco-European Union" will be marked by two conferences, introduced by Eneko Landaburu, Ambassador, Head of EU Delegation. The first will be given by Tawfik Mouline, chief executive of the Royal Institute of Strategic Studies on "relations between Morocco and the EU, in the light of new regional realities" while the second will be given by Rachid El Houdaïgui, professor at the Abdelmalek Essadi University of Tangier, on "Morocco-EU Cooperation in light of the Common Foreign Security Policy."
