Morocco and Niger voiced their will to promote their bilateral ties in different fields during a meeting between Moroccan Prime Minister Abbas El Fassi and his Nigerian peer Mahamadou Danda, reports Global Arab Network citing MAP.

Morocco and Niger voiced their will to promote their bilateral ties in different fields during a meeting between Moroccan Prime Minister Abbas El Fassi and his Nigerian peer Mahamadou Danda.

During this meeting, held on the sidelines of the 12th session of the of the presidency council of the community of Sahel-Saharan states (CEN-SAD), the two ministers underlined the excellent level of their relations since independence and reiterated their determination to further reinforce them for the good of their peoples.

The meeting focused on cooperation in the fields of higher education, scientific research, finance and bank sectors, in addition to the preservation of the environment.

Both parties also stressed the importance of the meetings of the joint Moroccan-Nigerian high commission, which is in charge of providing the adequate framework to strengthen bilateral relations in different fields.(MAP)
