A Moroccan delegation will take part in the annual meetings of the World Bank (WB) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) slated a statement by the Minister delegate to the head of government in charge of general affairs and governance said on Monday.
The Moroccan delegation will be made up of Minister delegate to the head of government in charge of general affairs and governance Mohamed Najib Boulif, Economy Minister Nizar Baraka and governor of Bank Al Maghrib (central bank) Abdellatif Jouahri.
Boulif will participate in the event in his capacity of deputy governor to the development committee meeting, the same source said.
He will also participate in the meeting of the Moroccan delegation with WB’s vice president for MENA Inger Andersen on cooperation and prospects of partnership between Morocco and the World Bank.
Upon the invitation of the Japanese Finance minister and WB’s president, Boulif will take part in a conference on Sendai dialogue on disaster risk management scheduled in Sendai.
