The 12th Festival Arabic Song will be held from 25 to 27 March in Casablanca at Hassan Skalli’s Complex, according to a statement from the Free Trade Union of Moroccan Musicians.
The program of this event includes artistic evenings singing by stars of the Arab song such as Mohamed El Arab Bellouchi from Kuwait, Diana Karasoun from Jordan, Hussein Assiri from Bahrain, Kinana Kassir and Rami Zaitouni from Syria, Zakia Mohammed from Algeria, Tarik Jihad from Tunisia and Wissam Hosni from Egypt.
Moroccan artists participating in this festival are Mohamed Al Anbar, Ibrahim Barakat, Zineb Yasser and Badr said organisers specifying that a tribute will be made to several Arab and Moroccan artists. An Arab song contest will also be organized at the event with the participation of several Arab countries. The jury of this edition consists of artist Samir Sabri (Egypt), Amin Al Khayat (Syria), Ali Abbas (Palestine), the producer Mohamed Said Al Ghamidi (Saudi Arabia), Azzedine Mountassir and Tarik Najjar (Morocco). The festival is organized with support from the Ministry of Culture, the Wilaya of Casablanca, and the Mohammed V National Theatre. New comment:
