The International Visual Arts Meeting of Taza, 18-23 May

It commemorates the anniversary of the launch of the National Initiative for Human Development (May 18, 2005).This event provides a series of shows, roundtables, and cultural and artistic workshops.

According to organizers this international meeting aims to lay the foundations "of a culturally constructive action that draws on the visual arts as a means of developing our cultural diversity and preserving our cultural identity”.

The meeting also provides a regional introduction workshop to theatre for youth and teachers in the region Taza-Al Hoceima-Taounate and other painting, cinema and music workshops.

Organizers will hold an information meeting on March 18 for the exchange of ideas on various topics of the meeting.

In 2009, the Masrah Al Hadath Drami troupe organized the 4th Days of Theatre for Development and the 13th Training Sessions in the Art of Theatre.
