With environmental issues, the fair will open a genuine debate on economic imperatives and policy choices related to this issue, said a statement from the French Institute of Tangier-Tetouan, initiator of this cultural event in partnership with “Association Tanger région action culturelle” (ATRAC).
This fair, organized with the support of the Ministry of Culture, the Wilaya of Tangier-Tetouan and the Embassy of France in Morocco, will aim to call for more awareness, decisions and action around what man can and should do to retain and magnify a global public good, namely our planet.
A diverse program of arts will accompany the debates, not only in Tangier but also in Tetouan, Larache and Chefchaouen: roundtables, conferences, exhibitions, music concerts, choreography, film screenings, and workshops.
The fair, organized for the second consecutive year according to a formula for a dialogue between the books and the arts, will host fifty writers, artists, researchers and civil society actors.
