We thought, we hoped they disappeared



After scouring the gullible small corn taverns, they are back again in the front door ...a restaurant, winner of the “Quality Trophy” chosen after a secret visit by a commission of the Trophy and the cash payment of more than $ 1,000.

Let it be said once and for all, there is only one guide to the culinary world, the Michelin guide, and it may not be free from suspicion and can also be criticized on its classification criteria.

At a different scale, in Morocco, there is La Vie Touristique Africaine, which with its small means, publishes the point in a manner incognito.

As for non credible companies that sell their prizes, quality trophy, gold, bronze etc..., they have no credibility at some level and have no impact on the reputation of an institution.

Not only do they rip off but more importantly they are preparing their next "operations" for their victims.

At the time the Exchange Office, then headed by the late Mr. Ali Amor, had reacted to this situation by blocking the transfer of currencies of these “laboratories”. It would be useful if our current leaders give some examples of their predecessors.
