World Bank forecasts Middle East and North Africa growth at 4.3% in 2011




The World Bank has said in its global outlook summary that the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region is expected to enjoy stronger gains of 4.3% and 4.4% in 2011 and 2012.



International capital flows to developing countries (per centage of GDP) for the Mena region is 2.8 in 2011 and 2.6 in 2012. Sub saharan Africa is 4.9 in 2011 and 5.2 in 2012. Europe and Central Asia, 4.3 and 4.4 respectively.

Vietnam is the top emerging market destination for real estate investment according to the Washington-based Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE). The most expensive location for small flats is Beruit.
