Morocco is a berber country wich is far away from Middle-est countries.
But instead of looking for an arabic culture or even a french culture, I think that Morocco should learn more about his berber roots.
French business men and french people in general don't care about the Berber history and the berber background of Morocco.
If Morocco was an english speaking country like many others in Africa; like Obama, a morroccan could become the nex president of the USA in the future, why not.
